Rituals and Storage[]

Totem1

Totems are used in King of Thieves to combine gems in rituals to combine their rating (and even add rating with 3-Eyed Totems)

Totems can hold up to 9 gems (+3 more slots for 250 orbs each) for storage and up to 3 gems for rituals

Secret Slot[]

The Secret Slot of the Totem is unlocked upon reaching a totem with a 12 hour ritual time. Upon unlocking, Geffi will tell you to look behind the totem, where the Secret Slot can be found and unlocked. By using Suns, you can activate the Secret Slot to create a bonus gem from your ritual. This bonus gem is not vulnerable to thieves during its creation.

The Different Totem Types[]

Broken Totems - Cannot perform rituals

1-Eyed Totems - Beginners' totem in tutorial & early-game, 2x a gem's worth [5 mins for Rituals]

2-Eyed Totems - Early-game totem, Can combine 2 Gems to fuse their ratings and add 20% [30 mins for Rituals]

3-Eyed Totems - Can combine 3 gems to fuse their ratings together + adds a % extra rating [1 - 12 Hours for Rituals]

Totem Teeth[]

Totems have a certain amount of teeth. Teeth represent the amount of rituals you can perform before having to move to a new Dungeon Layout or you can restore your totem for 250 Orbs for the first restore, with the price doubling every time you restore a dungeon's totem without moving.

Upgrades[]

There is a Dungeon Upgrade [Strong Teeth] that can cause there to be a 4% chance to keep a totem tooth after a ritual (+0.5% for each level after 1)

There is another Dungeon Upgrade [Rituals Berserker] that makes it so when you do a successful multiplayer attack while a gem ritual is happening at your base the ritual will skip 60 seconds (+60 seconds skipped for each level)

There is a Spell [Totem Revival] that causes there to be a 10% chance for your totem to be restored for free (+1% chance for each level after 1)

Trivia[]

  • Although all totems have different designs, it does not make a difference to the quality or the speed of the enhancing.
  • The early totems will give a percent increase to gems fused on them. This is to encourage players to continue playing the game. The first totem will add 100% to the gem's current value. The second totem will add the two gem's values together, and add 50%. The third totem will add the three gem's values together, and add 20%. From then on, the totems will just add the three gem's totals together. These bonuses are also the only way to achieve gems that have values not ending in 0 or 5, with the exception of semi-perfect and larger gems.
  • Only the chest has a hitbox that the thief can touch to complete a raid. The rest of the totem is only visual.
  • In early game versions, when a totem was destroyed, it would destroy all totem's slots as well, resulting in an auto-selling of the lowest gem, if the inventory was full.
